Brand Refresh Lead

In 2023, I led the rollout of Landmark Credit Union's brand refresh, working with our agency partners to help create the new visual identity and brand voice. I directed rollout across all channels for consistency, clarity, and strategic impact. From signage and digital assets to marketing campaigns and internal communications, I helped bring the refreshed brand to life—reinforcing our commitment to a modern, member-centric experience and implementing the new tagline, Banking Made Easy.

Website Redesign & Launch

Part of Landmark Credit Union's long commitment to improving the member experience, I was instrumental in helping introduce Banking Made Easy successfully during the introduction of the redesigned website alongside the refreshed brand in 2023. This project was designed to create a simpler-to-use, more user-centric digital experience that reflects our brand values and meets the evolving needs of our members.

The new site features easier navigation, enhanced mobile responsiveness, increased accessibility, and more robust digital tools to simplify and streamline members' ability to manage their money. The project was designed from development through delivery with functionality, simplicity, and connection in mind—to make banking at Landmark easier than ever.

Oconomowoc Branch Launch

In 2024, I played a key role in the opening of Landmark's new Oconomowoc office, leading the effort from change management planning through to a smooth post-launch implementation.

I collaborated with cross-functional teams to direct internal communications, align brand messaging, and assist staff and member readiness. The now-opened branch features a refreshed building design inspired by Landmark's past, enhanced technology, and additional full-service and self-service functionality—all designed to upgrade the banking experience.

We're thrilled to officially open our doors to the Oconomowoc community, bringing increased convenience, innovation, and connection to our members.
